The hotel is conveniently located near a bus terminal, making it easy to explore the city. It is in a great area with plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. the rooms are clean and comfortable, with good air conditioning and free Wi-Fi in the lobby.
The staff can be a bit overworked, leading to occasional delays in service.

Good value for money, clean and comfortable rooms. Location is fairly quiet and close to transportation. Likes: the hotel offers good air conditioning in the rooms which was very refreshing after being out in the city's hot weather. the staff was friendly and helpful.
the biggest problem was that there was no running water during certain hours of the day due to the city's ongoing shortages.
